As we pass the groundbreaking milestone, we reach another significant moment in the construction process as these spacious semis and singles begin to come alive. The next step and perhaps the most exciting, is to complete the rough framing. A wood skeleton of the walls, floor and roof are assembled before the mechanicals (plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems) are installed, and it’s at this point that the body of the home really begins to take shape.
Our model home will be completed this Fall, and construction will be finished before you know it.
